I recharged my airtel prepaid number +91-[protected] on june 30th 2017 as i have received a message for, airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1.5gb per day for 70days.

Till 27th i received the services properly, but from 28th i got a voice notification while call that the package is going to expire and we need to recharge again for getting additional services.

I tried to complaint through 121 but was unable...

My dongle no [protected], was purchased in november 2016. I paid advance rental of six months. Out of which i hardly used 3 months. I was not informed that i would be charged a bill after 6 months as i understood it was prepaid and the connection would be suspended on not recharging. I am being billed now and harassed by call from a number ‭[protected]‬. I will not be paying bill for something that i have not used and complaining for being...

My broadband is down since past 3 days and no one turned up after logging a complaint. Everytime technician calls me and gives false promises and timings to come and fix. It caused me a lot of my business & office work.

This has been happening very frequently, does airtel take the responsibility for the loss of my business and office work?

I am writing to dispute a billing blunder of amount rs 1176 on my account. The amount should not have been generated in the first place because i had called airtel customer service to disconnect my services and reiterated the same when i received a confirmation call...

By mistake my old mother recharged her #[protected] twice with a duped money making scheme of airtel which says unlimited local and std calls and 1gb day and night data for 28days. The minute she figured that her bank account has been debited twice for the recharge she called the customer care and an executive told her that the plan has been recharged till aug 24 and not july 26. She was assured. Now the plan is valid but only for calling...

Iam having a prepaid airtel mobile connection. I have not been able to recharge on the offers provided on the mobile. I have tried through online 4 times, 3 times using online banking for rs 399, and once with credit card. Today i went to a shop and tried with rs 399. The shopkeeper also got a message saying unsuccessful. He contacted the customer care and was told that 399 offer is no more available for my no when in fact it shows availability...

After i do the registration, i am receiving continuous calls from [protected]
Like 9 calls in past 3 hrs. After i take call, no body answers and it automatically get cut in 2 or 3 seconds. Call back to is also not working.

Requesting airtel authorities to take this with high priority for this...
