I have converted my sim from 3g to 4g on saturday. Data worked fine on saturday and sunday, but from monday data is not working. I have checked the settings as explained on airtel website. I have changed preferred network type to preferred lte, still there is no data working. I have recharged my number with 349 (Data+talktime) plan. It's all getting wasted. This is harish. I have an airtel broadband connection with landline no:[protected] recently installed and i paid for 6 months. I am facing the connection problems from day 2. I gave many complaints but couldn't resolve. So after 4 months i asked them to disconnect the connection and issue the refund for remaining 2 months. They have disconnected the connection and didn't issue the refund. I keep on calling them and...

Erratic net work for the past 6 months. Changed sim twice. Changed handset once. Now i get a message on every alternate call saying. Normal calls restrictred by access control. It has been a worst experience though i have been using airtel for over the past 15 years. Horror of horror is customer care officials at helpline number does not have any solution so far...
