I have raised a complain about the airtel 399/- validity plan cheating by airtel.
Still i have no response from the airtel, they have asked me to share the alternate contact number saying they tried reaching me many times but not successful, in this case then why do airtel advertise saying the best network in india??

Later i have share the contact number and free time of mine where they can call...

This is to inform you that on 30/04/2017 i have recharged an amount of rs.345/- ([protected]) towards free lacal call to any network and 1gb data/day for 28 days instead of payment my data is not connected thereafter i contacted airtel customer care for thrice on 01/05/2017 but they are least bothered to resolve my problems instead of they advice to do some technical changes in my mobile eventhough once again...

Two months back i have change my broadband plan from 16 mbps to 40 mbps. But i am getting only 16 mbps speed. Upon calling to customer care they do something at backend and speed comes to normal i. E. 40 mbps but later on drop to 16 mbps again.
I have track record of my speed test result for last 2 months in support of my complaint. Its cheating of company who is charging more but delivering less.
They should be punished and...

This is an incident happend right now. Me being an Airtel pospaid customer from past 1.5years, i had an issue raised to the Airtel Customer care a 5mins back. My interenet data was getting just blank at a time from 2.am to 4. am every day from past 1 week. I was called to customer care fir info and i am handled by employee name called sunny, he is not ready to listen mr query and not allowing me to complete my conversation. He is very irritated to provide the information asked by me and very rash behaviour.

Sorry to say this i don't want to continue with airtel anymore but my bad is iam using this network frim past 7 years.

Myself Rashmi got a recharge of Rs349 with 1GB data daily valid for 28 daysbut unfortunately I did not get this benefit I called custmer care and got my complaint registered Afterwards I enquired twice My phone was put to hold for along time and disconnected thereafter My Pack will expire on 5may will my problem be solved and my pack be renewed for another 28 days...

We shifted last month to new place since then the internet on my mobile is not working.. I called several times to customer service but they don't provide any solutions and at last they said that there is no solution for the problem. Either in that case you guys should provide me refund of the net pack or the facility to port out.. My mobile is a dual sim enabled.. Other sim's internet connection work appropriately.. I am retired, senior citizen and want to bring to your notice that i have received, too much inflated bill amount of 11, 184/- inr for my landline connection for the billing period 26-mar-2017 to 25-apr-2017 from bharti airtel. I am shocked to see such a huge amount as we are using the same airtel landline & broadband service from more than 10 years and have never received such huge bill for our connection....

I was already skeptical about airtel and reliance due to bad experience in the past. Currently, i am using bsnl which is good but there speed is somewhat less. So i decided to try airtel again but to my great surprise, as soon as i turned on my router, airtel meter races to 80 mb-100 mb. Remember, i haven't even opened any site, except google.
