As I submitted request for my Postpaid no to convert in prepaid on 26 April and close my no in the morning 7 am on dated 30 April and after 60 hours my no retail closed due to your outlet m/s Santosh enterprises jana puri bareilly pin code 243001.
I think this outlet remain pending my issue due to some personal reasons.

I raised telephone connections for shifting from one place to another place with in Bangalore. Those numbers are using for business purpose, which is relating to customer services.

Request raised on 28th Apr, 2017 and air tel people called on May 2nd 5:15 PM and saying it will take another 2 days to shift due to technical issues, can understand technical issues, who will understand my business loss? Sunil Mittal? or Airtel...

But no action is taken. Please do with immediate action. Form the past 7 sevenday we are ging the compaints but still date no action is taken for the signal and network issued. On more thing after giving the complaint they will provide the complaint...

I have recharged my number: [protected] with Rs 399 for two months to get 56 GB of 4G data and free calling,
But the problem is the internet speed is disgusting.

It runs with 1-2 kbps and sometimes it shows speed in bps.

Please register this complain and take appropriate action....

I was wondering how the GAMEPIND service got activated and I tried to contact customer care, but no use. Service has been activated twice today and I got deducted from my prepaid account of 60 rupees. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately.

I submitted a complaint of airtel related network & internet issue before 1-2 month ago but still i didn't get any solution from airtel. I am very disappointed with the lack of airtel services. Airtel provided very poor services to compare other connections. I would never want to join airtel now & i don't want to recommended to anyone.

I purchased a new sim in pune with msisdn [protected] and sim no is [protected] 1822U on[protected]. The agent confirmed about document submission. But sim is not activated. Please respond with proper solution so that I can look out for other options.

I had been using an airtel dongle with connection number [protected] till January 2017. I paid all the due bills and requested the company to stop all services as I did not wish to continue. But I still receive at least 12 computer generated voice calls in a day, asking me to pay my due bills for February and March 2017. I am a busy person and all these calls are very disturbing in nature. This harassment needs to stop....

We have made a bill payment of our airtel landline connection on 26th March 2017 in which we have by mistakenly paid Rs.11091/- instead of Rs. 1091/-. So we requested for refund in which the airtel customer care asked to make a fresh payment of the bill of Rs.1091/- and send the mail and they will in return the whole amount of Rs. 11091/- within 3-4days. We had paid our bill with fresh payment but till now we have not received the refund...

I have recharged my Airtel [protected] for Rs-399/-, as in Airtel My app it shows 56 days of validity and 1GBd data/day.

After the recharge i got the plan for only 30 days and data benefit of only 1.5 GB for 30 days.

This completely fraud and open loot. Somebody should take serious action for this open loot from airtel.

I call to customer care, the response was : Offer is withdrawn from Airtel....

I am a airtel prepaid customer with number [protected]. I have been charged for VAS services like video pack, midnighmasala the services i never subscribed. I contacted the customer care & got the advice to sms STOP to 155223 & received the confirmation that the services are stopped. But again i am charged for the same services & on inquiry i am told that Airtel customer care can not help in this matter. Kindly look into the matter & resolve...

This 399 plan is for 70 days as they notified. But some websites showing it is for 56 days. But after recharge I got 28 days validity with totally 1GB net balance not 1GB per day. For this why I have to taken up this plan? I want clear solution for this or refund my 399. My alternative number is [protected] and my airtel number is [protected]....

I have recharged for ₹244, 56GB for 56 days...and am not credited 1GB/day......
