Activation of Airtel SIM

I have tried to contact Airtel but didn't bear any fruit. Money is deducted couple of times

Hi,

I could see an amount of 99 is deducted as "International roaming" charges for a couple of times, dated 14/12/2016 and 01/02/2017 ... The service provider is AIRTEL. I have been as a customer for AIRTEL for more than 10 years in different numbers and they are deducting the money when they wish to do ... I would like to complain about it and need my money back (an amount of 198) to my current account.

On 20th January, i Received a call from Ms. Pooja for changing number from vodafone to airtel postpaid and i mailed them my adhar card and did send Rs. 250 via paytm to Mr. naveen.
His number is- [protected] and people came for verification also but after few days i got a message that my verification process is not completed and he didnt even bother to send the sim.
After calling him so many times he stopped picking...

Plan change not informed to customers

Airtel changes 450Rs 3GB data plan to 400Rs a month ago( as confirmed by Airtel) and they did not communicate this to customers. According to them they are sending messages to intimate customers and it should be done in few days then whey did they not change the plans on their own into customers account and waiting for customers to call?? Informing cutsomers via SMS can be done simultaneously.

Absolutely wrong practice been...
