I am a subscriber of airtel prepaid service in Kolkata telecom circle.

Starting November, I have been recharging my number with 260 which offered 260 talk-time and 8GB of data.
Upon contacting airtel customer care in December I was advised to recharge same denomination in order to carry forward the data. Currently, I have 352 GB of data, including 110 GB of data in a different account which I am...

I got this Airtle Home Wifi connection with device by paying Advance rental of 3 months, under which Home Device is Free and 30GB data every month for 3 months.

I used it only for 24 Hours for working on my Online Software and
I got a message warning about My 50 percent data is used. When I work from office I never found consuming 15 GB data within 24 hours.

This is absolutly looting of people by trapping...

We have Airtel numbers and we have are having network problems for the last 6 days. We are not able to make or receive calls. We are not able to send or receive sms too.

However Airtel has deducted my money from main account and they are claiming that there was only 1gb benefit so other usage they have deducted from main balance.
