After discussing with customer care office over phone, an email request was sent from my official email ID, to add my existing AIRTEL mobile post paid number to my current company CUG.

For this there is no HR involvement, I am the one who sent the request mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com. To get added to CUG, email need to be sent by attaching the ID copy from the official email ID.
All this was done after discussing...

My airtel dth customer id is [protected] in name of bharat hemrajani and i had normal sd set top box...on 1st july we bought a new led tv and requested airtel dth customer service for upgradation of set top box. I was informed that there will be charges of rs.1800 and we will get 17 hd channels free for 1 month, after which if we need then can pay the top up charges of 175 every month to continue the hd channels.

I have been struggling for the past one month to activate the A-la-carte package.
I Have submitted online requests multiple times and called up customer service continuously. Every time they say it will be activate with in 24 hours please switch on setup box and wait, but noting happened. Airtel Customer Support is very extremely poor. Airtel broadband service is so pathetic and their customer service guys are so dumb and arrogant...this cost cutting of hiring cheap manpower/outsourcing...is resulting in making customers lives miserable...especially after paying for advance rental plans...

I had an airtel plan of 1149 for 4mbps/40 gb per month. I had used up my limit 4 days earlier and hence asked the customer care for the smartbytes package as i was not able to purchase it myself. On calling the customer care on 6-7-13 at around 1.15pm I asked the person if I can migrate the plan or buy smartbytes. She didn't clearly listen to my request and in her broken english told me that she has raised request for the smartbytes...

Dear Sir,

We had taken a Airtel Broadband connection :[protected].

This connection was taken in our new Appartment thru a temporary line; which was not evne able to carry 2 mbps speed; which used to get disconnected every 15 minutes.

We caled up at call center to complaint about this but no action was taken.

Since entire building had temporary connection; after complaint - airtel...

I am using Airtel postpaid numbers [protected]/29 from last one and half year.

Till Feb-13, i was getting all paper bill of both number on my registered address.

But from March-13 onward, i am getting any paper bill although i am receiving message from 121 for bill delivery to my address.

Due to nonavailability of original bill, i am not able to claim bill same amount to my office resulting loss...

This company is fraud , they people cheated there customers . they said " Make payment online easily " , but they are making fool o[censored]s .
My Love had made an online recharge last night but Recharge has not been succeed , instead of it a heavy amount has been deducted from her account .
So, please stop trusting this fraud company .....
