Slow 3g speed

I am using airtel retail 3g plan 299 on my airtel number [protected]. Since switching to this plan, my 3g network speed is very slow.My phone shows H symbol but speed is extremely slow. Even slower than 2g at times. Airtel is charging 250 for 1gb 3g data but its 3g is not working....

My complain regarding the Internet pack. I received customer care call that Internet pack has been activated on my mobile but when I am trying to use, its not working. then again I contacted to customer care and he said that the pack has activated on my phone number.
then he tell me that send the keyword from your mobile "MO" to 54321, after that the pack will be working.

BroadBand connection not shifted to new address
