We had a corporate connection of Airtel ([protected]) , we had opted to make the portability to Vodafone now.

We had requested Airtel to disconnect our number but they are not taking any proper action regarding this issue.

Our reference numbers are F[protected] dated 31.05.2013, F[protected] dated 03.06.2013 & 50872373 dated 04.06.2013.

Q. What is this ?
A. This is a detailed description of the internet connection provided by Airtel via its outdated and substandard internet modem provider Beetel. Please notice that the highest download speed attained is 2554 kbps (2.5Mbps approx) and the lowest speed attained is 804 kbps (0.8 Mbps approx). Surprisingly for everyone, fluctuating speed is also not the issue.

Since 2-3 weeks i am receiving unwanted calls from same person from 4 different numbers. Request you to kindly provide me details of those numbers name & address. [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. When i checked this numbers is found to be of Bihar & Jharkhand....

this is regarding my compaint dated 4 june. money was deducted from my sbi debit card but did not reflect in my airtel money account. i lost 100rupees in this transaction. failed transaction reference number is[protected]. please refund my money immediately....

Airtel asked for documents for submission for a 5 year old connection and since I was travelling could not get this done on time. Now they decided to disconnect my number permanently. Even, after submitting my documents there is no action taken from their end. Their customer care makes false promises and does not even bother giving you a solution....

After deducting 700 Rs. from my Account balance, now they are saying it's a 3G charge. If it is so than they have to imply the same with me by a sms or by any other medium. After calling Airtel regularly there is no proper response on the same.

Airtel has been charging Rs 85 plus taxes for last 6 months plus. Supposedly towards Anti virus. They say we have activated the same. This is not true. Most of the services (Value Added services) in airtel wont take any user consent before enrolling mobile users to the service.
