Hi,myself sandeep malik having mobile no [protected] of Airtel service provider.i use 2G internet services on my mobile for which 98INR deduct from my mobile everymonth.i upgraded my services from 2G to 3G but company deducted amount for both services for same month.i called thier customer care but nothing getting satisfactory answer.kindly help me to get my amount revert. I am using Airtel Prepost mobile connection from last 10 year.
Now I have shifted to a new place - Sanyuta Vihar-59, Adharshila, Berkhedi Pathan.
Airtels network coverage is very very poor in this area, everytime I have to come out of my house to attened any call.

We all neighbors are thinking to either switch to some other network to get rid of this problem.

I request you to look into this issue...

I have been having problems related to Airtel's monthly data usage. My monthly data usage has considerably increased in a short period without any change in my internet surfing habits. There has been a huge amount of data theft or loss even with the computer and/or the router being switched off.

I already registered a complaint on April 25 2013, Regarding the bill plan and security money.

many times we called to airtel customer support they tell different - different tricks to solve problem, but from many many weeks unable to speak with customer care. we never seen very bad support before like this.
but we like docomo customer care. we never fail to speak with tata docomo.

My number is [protected] .I've placed a request for prepaid to postpaid(Corporate) migration on 06/05/13 to one of the Airtel representatives(ARIF) at My office with all the documents and got a postpaid sim. It took 8 days time to submit my form at his office meanwhile i tried calling all this while but her never answered my calls 8 day later he came saying form has been submitted and he disappeared. unable to speak customer care. if we press 1. and we dialed *121# and we send sms also MYAIRTEL to 121. but no solution. from 1 month unable to speak with customer support. very bad service many times we send email to you people but you are not caring.

From my airtel service first Rs 85 have been deducted for invalid downloading and again they have deducted Rs 50 for same reason.Then they have deactivated my Rs 127 internet pack of 1month which is 2 days old.And now they have blocked my airtel customer carr service because they are not able to answer my queries.Please refund my money and activate my internet pack I shall be highly obliged to you.

I have taken a Airtel post paid card from Baroda with a plan of 799 10 months rental. But when I activated my card the message came for 749 yearly rental scheme for 12 months. I have 2 more post paid cards with same 749 12 months scheme. The airtel office in Baroda returned my Rs.50 back. They also checked with Airtel & they confirmed my scheme of Rs 749 yearly rental. I recharged my prepaid mobile ([protected]) with Rs 444. (today i.e 24-May-2013) I have been charged Rs 394.16 as processing fee and 48.84 as Service Tax. This means I got talktime of Re 1 only.

On dialing *123*5# I got below message:
dedicated account 5 remains 444 and will expire on jun 23 2013.

I have taken airtel 4 G connection in Feb 2013 with the assurance of excellent speed, zero buffering etc.However, in a few days of time, was facing speed issues.Forget about high speed, not been able to connect to LTE network option. Even if i get the connectivity hardly at times, the speed is worse than a 2G. sir my brother previously had airtel postpaid number *****46789 which he converted to prepaid 6 months back by submitting all the required documents .as he taken another airtel postpaid SO he converted this number to prepaid

now what happened is after converting to prepaid the airtel people calling him repepatedly to submit identify proofs and required documents he already submitted them twice but they were not satisfied...

i am not getting internet connection during share market hours.
it is getting disconnected three to four times every day
