[protected] THRU EASY RECHARGE. THE DEALER IS NOT GIVING ME THE TRANSACTION-ID & AIRTEL IS NOT LISTENING WITHOUT TRANSACTION ID....

Conversion of Post paid to prepaid

I am a post paid customer and have been using Airtel Post paid connection for last one year. I have been facing a lot of problems ever since i got my post paid connection ([protected]) started. I have given lot of complaints as well. ( call interruption, call tapping, poor billing system and the like) . I paid my airtel bill always in a prompt fashion despite these problems every time. not working

i have activated gprs services on my airtel no. [protected], from last few days .
from last 2 days it is not working. i had lodged several complaints to the customer care
about the problem but no body listen.customer care says talk to gprs service centre, they people say talk to customer care, now the problem is that i am paying rs.300/- per month for this service, i.e.rs.10/- per day, today i.e. 03.10.2008., i talked to miss...

RELATED TO NATIONAL DO NOT DISTURB CALL

Respected Sir,

I am a user of AIRTEL Mobile service. ph # [protected]

I have registerd my NATION DO NOT DISTURB CALL REFERENCE # is S[protected] recd dtd 12th January 2008 and which as per was to be activated after 45 working days.

As on today i.e 3rd October I have received lots o[censored]nwanted calls and messages after the activation, inspite of giving lots of complaints to their consumer call centre...

I Had Downloaded A Java Game From Airtel Live Wherein I Have Charged Rs. 99/ - Which Was Deduted From My Prepaid Balance But I Have not Received The Game .
Despite A Reply From Airtel Live (121) That They Will Be Getting Back Yo By Greiveiacnce Within 24 Working Hours its' Already a weeks time But to No Avail.

As Everybody Knows That The Airtel Customer Support is Useless Eventhough U Process All Thing while Calling...

i am regular customer of 500 denomination card .
tariff from egypt to india was 21.7 rs/mi that gave 23 minutes
2 months before a fesh tariff at mumbai airport for same sector said is around 17 rs, that should give me 28min.
i purchased 4 cards.
inspite of calling customer service who see clueless and just know to transfer phones .
i am still getting 23 minutes .
isnt it cheating - i feel betrayed...

I have received messages of Airtel live settings but I cant access wap & Airtel live. (Error message is "Packet data connection is not available") Please send the information or solution to my e-mail ID....

Fraudulent SIM

I got a SIM of this company from one of their agents saying that it will get activated in an hr but later on after i paid RS. 500 for the same i got to know that the same is being used by one Airtel Agent from last 12yrs, so how can they really offer the same to others? This is pure breach of our confidence amd trust on them. I registered a complaint against it a month ago but no stephas being taken by them till now. I think all its users...

activation still under progress since last week

i am an hcl employee and converted my prepaid no; to the postpaid one and still it has not been activated yet and pls. take appropriate action against it otherwise i'll go to the consumer court....

Unfair deduction

I have been asking customer care executives to stop the hello tune service from my number [protected] since August 2007. I made several requests even after August 2007 and because I was in roaming every time I used to pay a bill of Rs. 30/- to Rs.60/- . I also informed them about the failure of the connection on a number[protected] which customer care executives repeatedly asked me to dial for stopping the service.

network and gprs problem

my name is sudip kumar.i am airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected].i stay in pimpri pune (maharashtra).i have activated gprs but this gprs is not working .In this area(sant tukaram nagar pimpri pune)network signal strength is really very poor so i am not able to make any call and i can not access my gprs.but i am paying for all these facility.
my approx 25 friends near dy patil college having same problem all are thinking...

pls cancel my postpaid card

My airtel post paid number is [protected].I have not been using it for last one year. but the rental is still being charged to my credit card. As a result I have ended up paying Rs. 10, 000.

I request you to kindly cancel my sim card with immediate effect. Kindly consider this complaint as my authorisation to cancel this sim card....

Regarding Sim Activation

I am using 4 Airtel sim from last 1 1/2 months.But now my all sim
has been blocked from 13/06/2008.The customer care executive is
telling that document not verified.

Very Poor Quality Of AIRTEL Cellular Service

I am a prepaid suscriber to AIRTEL at Arakkan Kottai, Gobi Taluk, Erode Dt.My mobile Number is [protected].There is one tower just 1km away from my residence.But i am not getting very poor signal from the Tower at Vaniputhur.Where as, i am occassionally getting signal from Kurumandur medu, Etc which are 15 km from me. sms from 543212 and 64611030

I'm also facing the same problem.I'm constantly getting sms from 543212 and 64611030 from Airtel regarding some vas pack.i've not subscribed for the same. They are regularly deducting the amount for the same. I've complained to 198 still doing the same for more than 3 weeks but they are not taking any action. please write me how did you solve your problem so that it will help me to solve my problem also.

Disconnection Of Lifetime Prepaid

I am using a Airtel prepaid Connection :[protected] and recharged it with LifeTimeValidity pack..I was told at time of LifeTime Recharge that i need not to make any cumpulsory recharge in the whole lifetime period and i was assigned validity till Dec-31, 2037, but my connection was disconnected with in 5-6 months without any prior information...when i contacted customer care of bharti, they dint had any satisfactory answer for my complaint...

unethical behaviour of airtel area manager

with due respect it is stated that i was very much disappointed with the behaviour o[censored]r staff at garwha jharkhand.i was a big advisor n appreciator of airtel...but i was shocked when the air tel area manager started using abusive language against me just for requesting him for internet activation.when such a behaviour is shown against a doctor than what to expect 4 general public.he also threatened me to cut my current airtel...

TODAY I HAVE LOST MY MOBILE WITH SIM. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. I MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT TO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON MR. HARI AND REQUESTED HIM TO LOCK THE SIMCRD. HE ADVICED ME TO GET A DUPLICATE SIMCARD FOR THE SAME NUMBER. I PURCHASED A NEW DUPLICATE SIMCARD IMMEDIATELY. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD ACTIVATE THE SIM WITHIN TWO HRS. BUT STILL THE SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED. I WANT TO CONFORM WHETHER THE OLD SIM IS LOCKED...
