Never Opt of AutoDebit Facility with AIRTEL

Don’t overcharge me for opting for Auto Debit facility!

1) I have applied for Auto Debit facility a few months back. Last month I was charged Rs.50 as late fee for making late payment. What the hell is this? You charge a customer additional fee just because he is not seeing the bills. Good Job! So the customer is penalized for late processing done by Airtel. Airtel activates mobile without papers upto 30 days.

I am working in PSU. I applied for Airtel prepaid no. [protected] thru M/s Kumar Enterprise at Begusarai and dealer has send my filled form to Airtel alongwith all th necessary documents vide :
1. PEF no - 585265 dated 02.06.2008 &
2. PEF No. - 257524 dated 11.07.2008.

My no. was deactivated without any notice and on query they informed that They didn't receive my documents. I again sent in 1st week...

Airtel live prepaid card

Sir,

I have purchased a Life time prepaid Airtel card for cell No.[protected] in the month of December, 2007 . No the message displays that Ur Lifetime plan expires December 2015 but before in the monthe of January/Febuary, 2008 it was showing as U R Lifetime Plan. I am not able to understand that how could Airtel company says that u r Life time plan exp. on 2015, then what is the meaning of LIFETIME PLAN.

GPS ACT

I have purches Airtel's prepaid sim card on 19/05/2008, on same i send a massage to airtel for activation of GPRS service on my prepaid card Service in return they send me that they will start it within 4hrs but they they not activated it, atfer continusely trying to airtel coustmer care they given me my complaint number but nothing happen, till today i.e 22/05/2008 they have not activated GPRS service to my prepaid card.

No Customer Satisfaction

HI...

I had been running after the airtel guys to get a new sim activated...but strange, looks like for an airtel connection 1 month is less. Then I took second sim and irony it worked for 2 full days. Thanks to the Airtel.
I had always preferred airtel, now the things are turning o'r.

I have a query if one is already a customer of Airtel & is applying for a new connection, what is the reason...

My number is transferred to someone

I purchsed the Airtel card and used some time but because of its connectivity problem in my home and office I stopped using that. After few days i made that card as a lifetime card by putting Rs.495 but my phone was not recharged.the same was compaint in airtel customer service they told your card is working but it was not working then they said go to your nearest Airtel office and change the card then I give my card to whom I purchased then...

more deduction of money after recharge

i recharge my mobile by the amount of Rs 321.00, the vender told the full talk time scheme is there, but after recharge i got the talk time of Rs195.69 only.transID-[protected] by the message sending by airtel at 3.27pm(23/09/08).

bill plan

(i)50 local SMS are free as per my plan . This benefit is not extended to me from last some months. Request to reverse .
(ii) Excess Rs 30 charged under on demand services without my consent . Requested to reverse and stop in future.
(iii) No response at customer services 121 and complaints not entertained at Airtel.in under my account ID.

Lifetime validity scheme not valid after 3 years

Sir,
I took an airtel prepaid connection 3 years back in Lifetime Validity scheme . My mobile no. is [protected]. Last year I got a message saying that my validity is going to expire on 21 Sep 2008. I called their customer care and the executive told me that even in lifetime validity scheme the validity is extended every three years. I again got a call from airtel saying that my validity is about to expire.I called up their call centre...

unprofessional&indecent reply

My contact no is [protected]. I have been using airtel no for past two months. Till august end it worked nicely. During first week of sep they banned my mobile service without any reason. when i contacted them they told that you documents haven't received (though i submitted 2 proofs). Then i gave my documents on[protected] at Vega Centre, Swargate, Pune. At that time they(she) told it will be activated within 4 hrs. but it didn't....
