I have been posting complain till it resolve I have recharge my number
From airtel website but after deduction of
Recharge amount from my account it flashing msg.
To create an account with airtel and aking for imps and other detail which i don't have,
And i dont want to create an account you should ask
To create account before deduction of amount not after that!!!
You are just forcing people to create...

I've paid for a new broadband connection on 26th may 2020 and till today i have not received any update or refund or any form of communication from airtel regarding my connection.

Kindly refund the amount or provide an update on the status on installation asap.

I had ported from jio to airtel recently, the service centre guy asked rs. 50 and also told that it is only for porting and the sim wont have any recharge value, later i saw on back of the sim card package, there is not price mentioned, i asked the manager the mnp is for free of then why are collecting charge

On airtel mobile app, i have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 249 on 7/6/2020 and received an sms with txn id:[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account....

airtel online recharge not done but amount deducted

Dear support,
I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through airtel app for rs. 598 on 5th june 2020 and received a sussesfull sms with transaction id[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

daily data is not getting reset

Usually the daily data resets around 12am. But for the last 2 days, my daily data is not getting reset and it shows 0 gb. I still have my daily 2gb/unlimited pack validity for 20 more days. This is clear cheating by airtel....

surrender of broadband connection

I went to the airtel store to surrender my connection. After arguing a lot they issued a request id. But the request id was for technical service not for surrender. I visited d store again, to surrender it but they are not ready to take the surrender process. They gave me another i'd and said it wil be done.
