not yet received back failed transaction recharge amount

Online recharge with airtel through my debit card failed on 2nd april 2020, transaction id[protected]. Despite several requests through email, calls and twitter means they have not refunded. They are always saying it will be done but nothing is happening. Today 10 days are over incle 7 working days. Rbi stipulates that fine of rs. 100/- by bank if not remitted back within 5 working days. Airtel is totally ignoring the issue.

wastage of daily data

I am using airtel 4g but past few day it gone to be deadly slow. These issues results in wastage of daily data 1.5gb per day. issue regarding broadband connection

We are from visakhapatnam mvp colony and we had reached to one agent his name balu he came to our house and told the plans and we paid 2800+ but still now there is no net connection and no money return back it has been more than 2 weeks I only got these 2 messges from airtel so please look into the issue as ur priority and work it on.....

Sir i have done a recharge of rs 448 through my airtel app via debit card payment mode but the pack is not valid so the recharge was not successful but the money was deducted from my account. And i have wrote many mails to the airtel customer service and try to contact with them but there is no positive response from their side. Sir i want my money back in my bank account.
