I have recharged my mobile through online payment gateway, phonepe. Transaction was succesful but the merchant does not recieve the amount and hence my mobile was not recharged.
My mobile no. is [protected] and recharged with 558 Rs.
I am attaching screenshot of transaction and history of recharge.Kindly refund back me the amount....

I have recently subscribed for a new broadband connection from airtel. After repeated follow ups and frequent telephone support requests the connection was established, after 10 days of waiting i have decided to cancel the subscription and now airtel is not even responding to my emails or phone calls, no word refunding my money as well. I am requesting my subscription to be cancelled immediately as this is a cheating case and fraud practice...

I Applied the new Airtel broadband connection in 2nd April, but whenever I call the sales executive, He didn't respond, I don't know what's my connection status.

Even they respond with "Connection is delayed" that's absolutely fine for me. But they didn't....

I was wrongly recharged multiple times in a single mobile number because i didn't get recharge completed massage, 2times in amazon pay and one time airtel payment app. Then later i got that massage after 3times recharged. So wrongly debited my amount.

Dear sir,
I was making a recharge through airtel app on april 8, 2020. I make payment though google pay. Payment was done successfully. Money has been deducted from my account. I have all the proof regarding my payment. But my recharge was not done and a page open in airtel app showing payment not received. Its a scam. Transaction id is[protected]. I am also attaching here the screen shots of payment and the page showing that payment...

I have recharged my data pack already and it still in active and when i used my data today from my main account balance 118 RS is deducted for no reason. I need my money back for this....

Recharge not sucessfull but amt will be debited in my accound.recharge mobile number[protected]....

I have recharged my airtel digital tv on 10-march-2020 with rs 2000 which have not recharged till now. On 1-march-2020 i talked to one of your customer service manager he assured me that same will be rectified as soon as possible. As i have recharged on customer id which was located on my account on tv later your customer service support person told me that due to some technical issue your digit tv is showing wrong...

I have recharged plan 598 for family member number through airtel thanks app april 07 2020. On that day amount deducted from bank account but not credited to mobile number.
I have send many e mails to airtel customer care address and i did not received proper reply.
I have attached details.

I have recharged online last night around 10:30pm. The recharge amount 558 rs and also money is been deducted from my bank sbi. But recharge not done. I have been trying to reach customer care but ivr only attanding me..

I try to recharge ph no.[protected].
But wrongly recharged ph. no[protected] in Airtel App Rs.149.

Kindly reverse the amount as soon as possible....
