I recharged my mother's phone for ₹169 on feb 22, 2019. The transaction failed and i got a "funds will be refunded to your bank account" message. Customer care sayid i should get the money back in 7-10 working days, but it has been 15 working days now.

Could you escalate this issue and get my money refunded?

I am having airtel post paid number [protected] in plan of rs 299 for more than a year. I am using well with in the scheme. But suddenly my plan has been changed to rs 399, which has not been informed to me or without my permission airtel changed plan. It is something vilotting general norms as per trai and also indirectly cheating a customer. Kindly do the needful in continuing in the plan.

Service to toll free numbers are very unreliable

- sometimes it connects and some it doesnt connect
- even when connected, it takes a long time to connect
- vocal quality drops on these toll free number
- when my toll free number asks for identification number, the digits i enter are not delivered to voip system and the system keeps asking for identification number, when i speak that...

I don’t know why i am writing review even. But airtel pull me down everytime. I have a postpaid connection of airtel since 2008. I am happy customer of airtel network. But today’s life is not run on 2g connections.

I want to port my airtel sim. But i am not getting the upc code from 1901. I have already sent 10 port msgs to 1900 and each time balance is getting deducted also. Also talked with customer care. But they are not resolving it.

Went to airtel customer care office. They also did not resolve it. They are giving so many excuses for this but not getting it resolved....

After the trai regulations i chose my channels which are around 52 and the ncf should be 130 but airtel keeps on adding 'invisible' channels and the total channels rose to 155. I am siddharth from tura. And my problem is that whenever i try calling my aunt's number it says "either switched off, or not reacable". She lives alone in kokrajhar and the network on that area is superb! But still nobody can call to my aunt's number it says the same thing! But when she calls it reaches us smoothly. My monthly airtel dth plan is 219/- pm, and i do recharge at end of the due date, my dth validity was of 17th march 2019 but on the 15th of march 2019, almost all of the zee and some other channels got deactivated suddenly without informing me. Sir,
I complaint several times to customer care, and given g mail, but no signals are improved from six months. Every time i renival my 4g mobile with 399 rs, for 82 days, vice calla have no probleme, but vedios are avaible, no down loads are possible.
I think port is best way.
There is no proper reply from customer service.
