Description:
I had got activated IR pack just for 1 day to transit in EU countries on for 25th July (Turkey + germany) to be in touch with my family. I landed around 10-10 30 AM in Istandbul, and IR pack got activated. But to my surprise, It got ended in 14 hour at 12 AM CET time 25th July.

I used the internet to call my family and...

I was recharging a number on 22 August With the airtel app and I paid with Amazon pay. the amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was not done. I got two messages from AD-AIRINF first message said the recharge has been processed(order id:[protected] and the second message said that the recharge failed(order id:[protected]. I contact Airtel customer care but they said that The transaction ID provided by you...

I have been charged continuously rupees 5 for nearly 10 days by Airtel in name of mega win contest which I never applied.it was auto deducted without my consent unless i had stop it .i want full refund is what ever money that was deducted...

Unable to claim amazon prime membership...

Hi,

Airtel was changing my regular family plan of 999/- + GST to 1199/- + GST by charging higher. To avoid charging higher I went to Airtel store to downgrade my plan. There new downgraded plan costed the same amount of 999/-+ GST but supported less number of Add On family members. With that I asked to remove and totally close the 2 numbers from my family plan to downgrade.

Further, they did initiate the process....

On July 29, 2022, I tried to recharge my Phone Number through Airtel Upi and it has been failed. I got the message that the amount will be refunded after 7-10 days through Text Message

It is been a Month and still i did not

receive the refund from airtel.

This is regarding Airtel service issue on my mobile number and for the same raised Incident#blr[protected] on 12th August 2022 with turnaround time as 16th Aug 2022 but it is closed on (16th Aug 2022 around 7pm IST) without any resolution when I contacted customer service today I am informed that team has tried to contact me on airtel number but I am not reachable.

On August 2022 i purchased Airtel black broadband+dth from Airtel outlet kamanahalli Bangalore after payment is made they promised both the broadband and dth will be installed with in 48hours but due to Airtel sales person mistake there was a confusion and installation was stopped for 2days and on request to the customer care and the outlet the broadband connection was given but the dth sevice was not installed after 7 days after calling...

I did a mobile port from voda to Airtel prepaid and the guy delivered the sim and room 719 for 3 months as it's mandatory to recharge and then they recharge for 1 month and said subsequent months it will be done automatically. And now when I call them they are not picking up the calls
