irregular network

Sir i am from hayatpura tehsil manjakote district rajouri j&k.
My name is mumtaz khan.
Here is a big issue regarding network of airtel. Here the browsing of internet is not working for last 10 days.
The whole area of hayatpura is affected but the company is very careless.
I contact with customer cares many times but they are unable to restore internet in our area.
About 10000 people are suffering from internet...

multi connection not activated till now

unable to recharge prepaid mobile number

improper internet services

Been using Airtel for a year and not FOR ONE SINGLE day has the data speed crossed 2 Mbps at any period in time even though I have full coverage, where speed quoted in ads and promos was 10mbps. Even their own my Airtel app wont load. Ookla alone shows speed of 7+ Mbps while on another tab Google won't load. Ive cross checked across various speed test apps...

balance amount deduction

Sir,

My airtel no. [protected]

My main balance being deducted for rs 23 and recharged for outgoing calls on 25-dec-2018 validity 28 days.. Who gave permission for airtel company to deduct amount without customer confirmation... I may or may not recharge... Its my decision... This seems to be a mere cheat for many customer like me.. I need a proper explanation from their end. I am totally unsatisfied /disappointed...

not disconnecting postpaid connection

Airtel not disconnecting my postpaid connection on request.

I am planning to end the postpaid service. So i called customer care and informed that i want to disconnect my postpaid connection. Even i visited a nearest branch and raised the same request.

But i never get a response from them. When i try again, they simply asked me to wait for their call....

loose big wire in front of my home

Airtel has big wires infront of my house due to which it is very risky to rome around my house and to park my car infront of my house. Here is their control box also. The cabling is all over the place and looks so disgusting, in spite of various complaints with airtel guys, they are not correcting this. This is causing inconvenience and visual discomfort.

Me jayantilal chauhan, senior citizen [67], tried many times, by sending SMS to 1900 to port my mo. no. [protected] from airtel. airtel is not sending UPC will-fully. and sends a massage quoting " our executive will call you. " But no call, i received till today. unnecessary airtel prepaid balance deduction

My airtel number is [protected] purchased on 2007 for unlimited plan. I recharged this number on[protected], rs 35.00 and total balance was greater than rs 35.00 by adding previous balance. I had rs33.00 on[protected] but on[protected] rs23.00 has deducted due to validity resion but my sim has unlimited validity. So why my money rs23 has deducted, give me the resion.
