I am using airtel and on[protected] a service FUNNYZONE is automatically activated on my number and 25 rs is cutted from my main balance. And again on[protected] DESITUBE service is activated and again they charge for it.
My complain is stop activation of this services and return my 25 rs to my airtel no as soon as possible.

My airtel number is [protected]. I had rs 26.21 in my main balance. Yesterday i was informed through a text that games club service has been activated to my number for which 25rupees was deducted from my main balance. I never subscribed to any airtel service. As this happened without my consent and will, i would like the company to take measures to refund me the amount that i have lost. Kindly look into this matter asap.

My sim card just stopped working this morning around 3 am, i immediately reach out to the "bharti airtel" twitter handle for asking them to fix this as soon as possible since all my cards and what not are linked to this number. These guys have just been giving me templates and nothing else, and on asking them for an update right now, they say that the issue would be acknowledged by the 22nd of june, 2018. I am using airtel as my internet service provider but i have the worst internet experience with airtel. It claims to be fastest 4g network but works so sluggishly. I didn't use my 1gb mobile data at all today i. E., from 12 am on 18 june 2018. At 12.13am, i got an sms notification that i have used my 100% data. This is insanely ridiculous! How can i receive this notification when i have not at all started using the mobile data for the daily data pack.
