I converted my existing plan to airtel 499 family plan on 19th nov 2019 and i have added my wife number as child number. After activation my number getting so many issues
1. She could not able to call outside karnataka std
2. She could not able to call international calls
3. She could not able to use internet using mobile data
After series calls and follow ups the issues 1 and 2 resolved. Mobile data issue is pending...

This month i got bill of rs.1058 instead of my normal bill amount i enquired about it through customer care executive he told me that there is extra charges of rs. 388 for some added service, but i had not avail any of those services, so please waive the extra charges taken form me, i will not able to pay any of those charges which i had not availed....

I have bought airtel 4g hotspot and the person who is selling assured the service gets activated in 4hours. It's almost 48 hrs and even the service didn't get activated.
The customer care didn't provide valid information either to troubleshoot or what the issue was.
After 48 hrs i got to know that the number is activated but i am getting sim is invalid message in the 4g hotspot portal and asked to go-to airtel centre.

I do recharge of rs 390. On 11 dec 2017 at 11. 23 am.. At the exact time whole of money was deducted due to some schemes activated on my mobile no. My airtel payment bank never allow me to pay money for anything. I don't understand why it then allows me even to credit the money, if i cannot use the app and spend it.

This is to bring to your kind attention that, since the my mobile number porting was successful on 3rd or 4th december, 2017. I have been experiencing extremely slow browsing on my mobile phone.
I called airtel support guys and did whatever they asked me to. Example - change the internet settings, the apn settings, take the sim out and wait for 30 seconds... Everything, but with no luck.

Finally,...

I wrongly recharge my airtel no [protected] in place of [protected] from my airtel payments bank. When i called costumer care there was no response about this problem. I already mailed my problem to airtel presence and [protected]@airtelbank.com.
Please get me out from this trouble.

Why i am facing frequent call drop in the airtel network. Where as my idea is working fine in the same place.
I am staying in kukatpally near patel kunta park. Why cant you people address these issue inspite of many followups???
