hopeless work by airtel - new connection activation problem

Hi,

I am sandeep sanghi. I have taken a sim card postpaid sim of airtel from airtel sales guy's who have come to our office.

He has given post paid sim card with no.[protected], 2-3 days back.

Everyday i am following with them, everyday new person is coming and they are telling the address verification is done ev is

automatic pack activation, unreachable customer care and no refund.

I recharged my airtel mobile number -[protected] with 120 rupees on 4/12/17 which gives a balance of whole 120 rupees without any tax deduction. Suddenly a whole lot of messages came, of packs getting activated such as MAZAA TV, EROS NOW, ERO VIDEOS, ONLINE MOBILE GAMING & SUPER STORE deducting rupees of 5 and some even of 35, again and again, making my balance go down to only rupees 4. I was shocked as I have never taken any interest in these...

bill charged but not activated the service

I have requested to activate basis services on my new Airtel number but until now there s no response from Airtel. Horrible service ..they have trained executive who like automated machine keep repeating that we will get back to you but nobody gets back.now it's more than 20 days even tired calling them.

remove or shift the junction box

Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge.
The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me.
The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard.

airtel fraud for postpaid users international number 0044778620509

In my airtel bill for the period: 13-nov-2017 to 01-dec-2017 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 23 times. Details below:

service bad - complaint no - 90995988

Dear all,

I own a retail store and my billing and card swipe works on the modem.

The complaint was raised on 5th and still no one has visited the store. Having trouble in running the business as i am not able to operate without internet connection.

Overall the service has been poor for airtel as i hold 6 mobile and 3 ll connections with airtel....

I had given my number for postpaid to prepaid conversion. The postpaid sim was disconnected on 6th december around 2:30pm. But the prepaid sim has not been activated till date. I visited the store multiple times to enquire for the same. They always asked me to wait for another 2 hours for it to be activated. I even called them multiple times and now they are not picking up my calls.

serious network issue inside house

I have raised a complaint to airtel for the issue of no network in multipler areas. delete my mobile number from system

I have converted my numer ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid 1 weeks before, but after that i am not able to recharge. I visited airtel store many times may be more than 10 times. Everytime airtel person s are saying they are sending email to their respective team but why they are not resolving he is also not aware.
I am totally helpless. Since i am using this number since years so i can't change this number also. I cannot believe...

My number got deactivated suddenly. No prior communication to me before deactivation. My personal details are linked to the mobile and have been put into a bad situation because of this.

When contacted airtel office they say they dont know. It just says deactivated.

When asked how to activate it back again? The answer is dont know.

When contracts customer, they said they cant do anything only office...

postpaid to prepaid conversion issues after 4 days of follow up

my recharge tariff

I have recharged my number[protected] with rs399 offering unlimited calls and 1gb data for 70days.I have recharged on 02/11/2017.BUT my mobile got charged for data and calls from yesterday.

This is very bad.
Please don't make fake promises and offer to customer. They have to suffer a lot

complaining about postpaid to prepaid conversion

I have ever seen such a worst network ever. Its going to be one month now, still i'm not able to activate my prepaid number.. Airtel network registered many uncountable complaints, but everything is closed without providing the exact reason.. And whenever i ask about complaint action status, it will be always "technical error". Is there any team not working in technical side.. Now what is the next step to recharge my mobile number....

I am raising this concern regarding my mobile no : [protected]. I had downgraded my plan in oct. Before the downgrade there was a data balance of 74.21 gb for the previous month in my account. It was reflecting in my account till 6th nov 2017 which was later lapsed & removed from my account.

I have raised a concern with airtel cc / nodal / appellate who was unable to provide appropriate resolution....

199 pack on prepaid data pack not active

My airtel prepaid no [protected]. I recharged for 199 pack which includes unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 28days as sms from airtel received. Recharged on 2/12/17 at 8:28pm which was successful transid is[protected] but this pack is not active. Calls, data, sms etc charged till now. Kindly activate the pack or return the amount. Recharge was done using my airtel app and davit card....
