Reference is made to ticket number 1874447 and it has been escalated two times. I filed a complaint regarding unserviceability of my newly purchased Exide inverter battery. Your customer care assured me of quick service, but none of your technician visited nor I got any call regarding my issue. I called customer care three times enquiring about my issue, first time I got the ticket number and assurance of technician visit, after waiting for few days I called again and your representative said that he will escalate my complaint and assured of quick service, again no one visited nor responded. Third time I called and again your representative said that he is again escalating my complaint and marking it as serious and said he is forwarding an email to his senior or supervisor and the issue will be resolved asap but it's been more than 24hrs and no one has visited nor contacted.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and provide me with a solution asap.
