We would like to bring to your elite notice that iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I am a student as well as do a part time job and i have to pay loans and tomorrow is the date . Now if I don’t pay tomorrow I ll have to face the penalty and overdue charges my account just got nil ₹0 now, the total amount of deduction is ₹2126. Being a loyal customer of yours...

I Registered my ICICI bank account details on epfo account, but it is showing me verification under process, I updated details on 24th October 2023 it's been more than 2 weeks.

I tried to visit the branch but no one at the branch seems to have any idea about who approves the account details for epfo or how it's approved, someone at the branch even argued that EPFO KYC approvals will only be done by employers not bank....

My NRO account was freezed 6 months before and i went to branch office (Porur, Chennai Branch) 4 times to find out the reason and unfreeze it . When i checked with them, they updated police case raised against my account .They also not sure why police case raised against my account . They updated it will take 2 months time to check and unfreeze .But 6 months over and still my account is freezed .My money is stuck and not able to withdraw...

I try to make online payment of BSSC 2nd inter level vacancy online form application of Rs 540 by your payment gateway. The amount has been deducted from my account but the form has not been submitted and it is showing message failed. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Am an icici bank customer. On 24-oct-2023 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Sir am middle class salaried person, why you are deducting 590 rs every month 2 or 3 times... Nearly 2-3 thousands rupses am losing just because I have ICICI account... I am therese. 428.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-31) on 31-oct -2023. I have never used my demat account till now.

Icici bank has been debited my whole salary 43000 as a ECS rtn charges, how to get the amount to my account...

I do not have icici bank account but still an amount of 1800 rs was deducted from my account and I received this msg from vk icicib today

I have ICICI Coral Visa Credit card [protected] on which i paid joining fee and i have not used this card for any type of transaction. Recently I added this card on Deamfolks.com website and ICICI bank immediately levied Rs.6500 as Joining fee and 1170 as IGST on 26.10.23. How second time joining fee is levied on this card. Immediately i removed this card from Dreamfolks.com website from my account. Further, I dont want to pay this...

HGS TILL SEP-23 on 28-Oct-2023 I have not subscribed demat account.

On statements of 27th October 2023, I can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Last year when they deducted the money for the same plan i called one assist team and said to cancel the policy as i never used it. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....

On 18/10/2023, my icici account got debited with 1, 335.92, stating CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug22+GST, I was not aware of and not informed about this deductions from the bank. I live in Canada, I caanot call customer care from here. Please take this complaint and help me to resolve the issue....

I am ICICI Bank account holder my money is getting deducted for Dcardfee of rs. 706 without my consent.
This is my 3rd experience with this bank. My money is not your property to deduct it whenever you want.
There should be some professional procedure to ask first.
Now I just want my every single rupee back...
