Recently i lost my job and I have incurred huge losses in my business and i am on the verge of closing down the same. Without my concern money has been deducted by my icici primary branch...
Atleast warning should have been given..
But this is horrible..

They debit around 3910 rupees yesterday as Nach ad rtn chrg inge not as check bounce on covid time 2020 this happens second continues time this year debited like this evenafter paying that emi correctly to refund my money....

Later, I have moved to United States for higher studies. I didn't get any email notice or call if this account has changed to SAVINGS Account.

I'm raising complaint against a recovery agent and icici bank manager namely Sheetal Jadhav, rohini Im using icici credit card due to some financial issue I'm not able to pay any amount, now
his agent and himself visiting my home place and my office threatening my landlord family members also sending me threat mails,

ICICI Bank on 28.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 cut ECSRTNCHG charges of 221 Rs. and 14 Rs. Respectively without any reason despite that I allready make SIP to mutual fund on same day on which it was schedule.to deduct.Now ICICI Bank cutting charges from my account whenever I add balance to it. I never enrolled any policy. Rs.1899 (PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy) is deducted every year for around 5 years from my account. I requested to cancel it and I also went to my local branch and gave a letter to cancel it. Still it's been deducted, I really frustrated and disappointed with this bank activity....
