Parimatch — 20 march I deposited 4000 inr via astropay payment method but money was debited but neither come my parimatch account nor my bank

Dear sir.. in 20 march 2022 i deposited 4000inr via parimatch astropay payment method.but money was debited my bank account neither come my parimatch wallet or my bank account. I complained many times in customer service but invain and not response. So kindly refund my money sir.. thankyou
