Withdrawals show success , but no money arrived

My user id is[protected], two of my withdrawals rs 5000 and 15000 are stuck since 7th April. It shows success status since then, no money arrived in the account. Or else i really like parimatch as till now all the withdrawals i made were very fast and i like their user interface. But this has to sort....

I have deposited 3000 rs on 8 April 2023 in parimatch India account still not reflecting I have also sent screenshot of receipt by 20 times but no response from them...

Deposit of 5000 not reflecting in betting account

I deposited 5000 ruppees on date 4 april 2023 and today is date 12 April 2023 . I haven't received the amount in my betting account and hence the customer care is also not very supportive.
Please refund my amount....

Deposit related fraud

I have deposit amount 12000 Rs & the same was debited from my account but parimatch denied about transaction & digest my money.
also their customer service is one of the worst .
they are trained to fraud with customer...

They changed team of my beat

The cyber match between CSK and RCB in 6clock PM 6th April 2023
1st batting RCB played and scored 99 so i they provided 3X for CSK second batting so I played CSK for 3X price mine 1200 X 3X = 4200Smtg
And match tied and Super over CSK scored 20 and RCB score is 15 that time i though win but They slip showing I played as RCB in the end it’s bigger scam...

Blocked account

The recent blocking of the account caused some discomfort for me, because before I had won some amount of money which I couldn't withdraw to my card....

Lagging app

I often use the mobile application of this bookmaker, unfortunately, it started to lag. I cleared the cache but it didn't help...

In general, I am satisfied with parimatch. Here you'll find a wide selection of sporting events and will be able to bet on your favorite team. I faced some difficulties when withdrawing my winnings through system....

Difficulties when withdrawing funds

I was very happy about the introduction of the crypto payment option, as for me it is very convenient. But I had some difficulties when withdrawing funds, I have already contacted support about this, I am waiting for an answer....

Some problems when trying to make a deposit through the mobile version

I use the Netbanking payment system for deposits and withdrawals on Parimatch and I like that it's simple and fast. However, I had some problems when trying to make a deposit through the mobile version....

I have submitted all the requited documents and I have been informed through mail and chat box to send the details again and again and I have sent whenever they required and still my account is not verified and I am unable to withdraw my winnings....

Not added my money in my pari match account

I sensed 4000 in upi payment was successful I talk with bank and phone pay both but pari match are saying that money not recieve by merchant how it' s possible pls give my money in my pari match account or refund my money in my bank account...
