It's already the 9th day my deposit is not credited. I sent all the proofs of deposit in BTC. There were 3 deposits made, two of them were credited, but the largest one is not credited. Support completely ignored me for the last 5 days, then replied to me with "Sorry for the backlog" and then no updates. Then I was informed that BTC deposits can take more than one week to be credited! I am not happy with the terms and conditions of this casino. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)
Mar 26, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved After asking to be transferred to another support manager, I got real help. Manually, the support agent found my transaction and the money was credited to my balance. I was advised to email support right away so that my money would be credited instantly if I deposit via BTC, because the system sometimes takes a long time to process such payments.
