I have been deducted with 826 rs on 6/1/24 under the name of DMC dp charges till April but 2 months hack i told to deactivate my trading account after deducting my membership charges but again you guys are deducting money

    ECSRTN Chagres from ICICI Bank

    Hi, I am Sahil Goyal, an ICICI Bank customer. I have had a saving account in ICICI Bank for almost 4 years. I noticed they deducted 15.11 Rs on 20th May for the first time in the name of ECSRTN Charges. On the next day, they deducted 10 Rs. on 21st May for the same reason.

    Fraud transfer of 24000

    A person called me with mobile number +[protected] saying he has a family
    emergency and he is not able to transfer the money at the moment, he said to
    transfer 24000 INR to - UPI -cfmer.[protected]@icici Name- Sandhya as I took it as emergence and transferred the fund, he promised that he will pay me
    as soon as transactions are online but then he blocked me.

    I purchased a used car and the first owner is not closing his fastag account(Majhal Ahmed[protected].

    I was using a temporary fastag with my engine number (K12MN12548) as suggested by icici employee at the time of new fastag purchase. Now my fastag is blocklisted.

    Explained this to their customer service and provided all supporting documents such as name transferred RC copy, PAN etc

    Still no proper response and I am paying twice the amount in every toll.

    Cannot update old fastag, cant use my new fastag as well.

      Unable to operate icici bank account, it was due for KYC. While there was no message, no communication from ICICI bank that I will not be able to operate mobile app till KYC done. Suddenly iMobile app stopped all operations and it caused significant inconvinence.

      Call[protected] ICICI bank customer care, spoke to manager Chirinjivi he was stating as per process still KYC is not done i will not be able operate iMobile applicaion as per ICICI bank process. WHen asked for process, he said he does not have any process document available, nor message sent to user. it caused significant impact on my day to day activity.
      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Customer ID 51605649.
        The total interest on my FD with ICICI bank for FY 23 24 is Rs 40, 561 as per bank statement.TDS( Rs 8112) @20% has been deducted and paid to inc tax wheras tax due is only 4056.My PAN and adhaar are linked in my income tax file.My total inc for FY 23 24 is below taxable limit.
        The excess tax Rs 4056 deducted may pl be funded with interest.

        Their bank complaint site always gives msg "we are unable to process yr request.Pl try after sometime"I have tried after few hours, few days, many days-this is the stock reply.This is one way of avoiding to accept complaints.

          Credit card payment _ not getting the refund amount - 2 of 2

          I tried & booked (Seven times - details as below) the show at (PVR) Inox:LUXE Phoenix Market City, Velachery,
          Due to technical issues, the show did not start and the manager took pictures of our ticket saying we will receive a refund.
          IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS BUT NO REFUND HAS BEEN OBTAINED.
          Can you please look into it seriously, To refund it on an urgent basis within the credit card statement date.

          Not giving time for repayment or doing settlement

          Due to loss of job I was unable to pay my credit card bill dues for 2 months. I am requesting bank persons to give another 2 months time clear the due as I am arranging funds to pay the bill.

          wrong person / loan defaulter mapped to my mobile number

          My name is Arun Kumar Mali, I have a wholesale shoe shop in Bhilwara, Rajasthan and my shop's account is in ICICI Bank branch in Bhilwara. Some amount was wrongly credited to my account; I did not withdraw the wrong amount from my account and I informed the branch about the same in writing and asked for refund of the wrong amount and also made several rounds of the bank but till now no problem has been resolved. I have not received any correct reply from the bank. Please get the freeze mark removed from my account and kindly send the wrong amount back to where it came from.

            LOAN was disbursed to Scammer without my knowledge

            Recently I was a victim of a FEDEX courier scam. The Scammers imposing as police threatened me of consequences. They held me at mobile video call with screen sharing for 3 Hrs on the pretext of interrogation. They made me read the statement loud during this process.             I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction that occurred on my ICICI account.

            There has been an unknown auto debit in my account worth ₹2, 400.

            I do not have any credit card with a number ending with that.
