I want a NOC for my two wheeler Bike loan which has been closed in 2015 March

I have paid all my emi's and loan closed in 2012 but haven't received NOC.
And same loan still exists in cibil as active...
Kindly issue noc and report the same...

I tried to reach Family Credit LTd for NOC for my Bike (Registration Number: PB 65 T 1647, Mahindra Duro DZ, 125 CC, loan start date:[protected], but was not able to find any contact number for this.
kindly help to get NOC asap.

My loan has been cleared a long time ago.
