Address:108 OM SAI CHS MOGUL LANE MAHIM WEST

We landed in mumbai from coimbatore at 11.15 PM yesterday night, we forgot to collect on black bag from baggage belt, nobody is helping on airport to collect the same.

My wife is standing in airport since 3 hours now.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear Sir my booking reference is TQ6U6V. I had reached out to customer care for the correction of the gender of my wife on her ticket to read as Mrs Neera Channan instead of Mr Neera Channan. As we are traveling on 26 May 24 by AI 127, I hope we are not harassed at the airport. Kindly help resolve this issue.

      Charging customer under the pretext of policies without any relevance

      I booked my tickets as per Aadhar card and Pan card where my name is split into first name and Last name . In my passport my first name contain bothe the names and there is no last name.
      To my request to make correction, I am asked to pay $448 and differential fare of $300.
      I respect policies but here policy is being used as an opportunity to charge more from a senior citizen pensioner who is feeling like cheated and harassed....

      One of my baggage is missing.

      Me and my husband had boarded flight of Air India on 14th of april 2024 from mangalore to Mumbai and on 15th we had a connecting flight of Air India from Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Amsterdam.       TIcket and Boarding

      Even though I checked in online, I arrived at Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2 gate no D13 one minute before the boarding gate's scheduled closing time, which, as per rules, is 20 mins before departure of the flight. The departure was at 9:10 PM, and I arrived at the gate at 8:49, so by law, I was a minute before the scheduled closure time.       Change of dates for tickets PNR: KLJHLF

      Since closure of city office in various centers it has become very difficult to make any changes in booking. Web site says my ticket can not be altered for departure date on line and that I must contact customer care. Customer care when connected says they have sent link to mansge booking, Manage booking says ticket in question can not be amended for departure date on nie and we need to phone customer care.

      AI 382 - a case of missing pilots

      I received an email that my flight AI986 on 30th Nov 2023 has been delayed, and the new time was 12:35 instead of 22:30. I was at the airport at 9:30 where the check-in counter staff told me that all my 5 tickets were (exchanged) not available in their system.       Air india refund pending for a month.

      It's been a month we are waiting for refund for flights that were rescheduled by you. and you offered to cancel free of cost. we are calling customer care daily with no response no action. we spend hours of our time trying to connect to the supervisor finally speaking to one named "Shubham" who promised to help and get back with a status, but it's been 3 days no call back.
      there are 9 tickets cancelled but seems like Air India is not...

      Ticket refund

      Myself and my husband booked tickets with Air India paying the full amount of £1341.43. However this was cancelled by Air India and was told we would get our money back. so far we have received £552.77 and are still awaiting £788.66. could you please let us know when we will get this back. we have always travelled with Air India and have never had a problem before.
