issue with sms services-airtel

sim card got deactivated

Hello airtel team,

My mobile number is [protected]. My number suddenly got deactivated last week. I am overseas right now but next month coming back to india. network issue - browsing speed 0.03 mbps

internet not working properly

In 12th august, internet was not working on my airtel number despite full connectivity. I suffered a lot because of it. But the problem was solved by network team after my continuous calls to the customer care.

airtel - number put on safe custody without my request

On 01 sep 2017 at around 8pm while on call there was loss of signal on my phone. Post that struggled to get signal even on manual setting and later got to know from customer care that my number was put on safe custody as per request.

bad network quality

Some airtel offices in kohima are charging rs. 50 - 200 for aadhaar linking. This is a daylight robbery. Since i know that its suppose to be free of cost, so i went to link my aadhaar card but and i refused to pay i was told that the line is down. unable to migrate to 4g sim

I have tried getting new 4g sims thrice now, each time i try to activate, i get a message that the new sim is now activated, it tells me to restart the handset but as soon as i restart the phone, it shows no network. If i put back old sim again it still works.

poor mobile network coverage explained - weak signal
