On 13th Jun 17 my documents was collected and UPC was generated T2737972, But nothing was happened then on 19th Jun again i have submitted the documents still nothing was done. then i was asked to raise UPC again on 1st July. Then i was asked old bill payment conformation so i gave to Mr. Aditiya, then i was asked to submit old postpaid bill that also i had submitted but still nothing is done till date ?? Can i understand why such long process...

We, Bangalore Air-Tech Solution situated in the Gangadharappa Industrial Area, Kamakshipalay, Magadi Main road, Bangalore. We are located inside a compounded premises. Incoming and outgoing calls are not connecting. Including our neighbors, we are having around 40 airtel sims.. our complaint with airtel not take seriously for the last two months. We have several times made complaint. more than last three months, we are struggling with airtel....

I have recharge through airtel app with net banking option for full talktime rs. 100/- has been debited from my account but balance has not come. And there is no any confirmation by you. Hi all, in thirumazhisai cartel customer service center executives are very very rudely behaving with customer... They don't know anything about products of airtel.. They behaving like a rowdys... And talking very bad words with customer with very very badly manners.

This is Krishna, all of this started on June 20, when I switched my network from reliance to airtel, for prepaid mobile number [protected].
I was not able to recharge special offer Rs.349 (unlimited calls + 1GB/per day for 28 days)
First attempt - 23/06/2017 – did rs349 recharge through my airtel app and the result is -

I did 399 prepaid recharge on my Airtel 4g mobile number and this pack guaranteed unlimited calls and 1gb/day for 70 days. But just after 35-40 days, I am unable to use internet. My Airtel app shows that you don't have any data pack activated.
I even cant find any airtel customer Care number by which I can directly contact to the Operation Team.
