I received a call from an Airtel agent for purchasing Airtel DTH connection and paying online. I paid online an amount of Rs. 2090 on 28.6.2017 at 12:14 hours. Unable to move to a new 4g SIM from an older one

Hi,
I tried to switch my old sim card for a new 4G one. I got the SIM card from an airtel store. The guy sent the sms to 121 with SIM and the 20 digit code on back of the number. I got the reply SMS and asked me to reply with 1 but when I do so I am getting an SMS "Unable to process your request. Please try again later". Also Airtel does not seem to have customer care support for Prepaid Customers. It only has IVR support. Only Postpaid...

Outgoing calls suspended

My outgoing calls and data have been suspended. And I'm asked to call customer care. But I'm not allowed to call because I have no outgoing.

All of this in the middle of a trip where I need calls and internet all along.

My postpaid credit limit is ₹14000. But Airtel suspends service to me for delaying a payment of ₹1750. I don't see the point of credit limit if I have to get harassed this way....

Very very poor network signal

I have ported out to Airtel about 6 weeks. I have been facing very very poor network issue from the day one. Though I have raised multiple complaints, issue is not resolved yet. Would like to port out, but customer care team is saying I can't till I complete 3 months, quoting TRAI regulation. As this is my prime phone number I can't change it by changing to other service provider. I want immediate port out....

Harassing for cancelled broadband connection

I had been using a airtel broadband connection for 7 / 8 years. I decided to surrender my connection and asked them for the procedure.
I was told to give a written letter and pay the bill on pro rata basis on the day of submission of cancellation letter. And i did the same on 3rd January 2017 and i was told my submission was accepted and my connection will be cancelled. I was issued a receipt for the same.

After sending number of request airtel did not activate my 3g

I have 3g data pack but i am unable to use it since 3g is not active on my number. I requested airtel to activate my 3g but they did not do it. I am trying since 2 days
There is no way i can talk to customer care. Such a bad service by airtel. [protected]. I dony understand why are they not activating 3g on my number. Wheever i send 3g to 121 it always says 3g not active on your number....

I have recharged my airtel account with ₹.295/- for mobile data. As per my airtel app, it supposed to recharge minimum of 2GB up to 10 GB. (Attached screenshot for reference with red color rounded). About Rs.399 plan

I had top up my number with Rs.399/- on suggestion of 198 airtel agent, which said that it has benefit of free calling and 1gb/day for 4g handset as my sim is already 4g. But after except 1st till now i. e. 6th day I did not get 1gb net I thought it might be server problem. Then I called 198 again but literally three different responses from three different peoples. I m fed up with airtel now. I lost my 399 bucks without getting Internet...

My mobile number issued to someone

I have this number from 2010, today I surprised to got it know that this same number is also issued to someone else, as I also confirmed it, he said I just got new sim with this number.
I am using this number in my all bank accounts, as for online banking, and issuing this same number to another one while my number is working is a great fault in service.

I have submitted request of my wifi relocation on 26th june.. Max time given is upto 5 days for relocation.. They were not able to close the request on time.. I asked them to close the account.. On request of there supervisor i gave time for 6th day as well.. Still request not closed..all others reps and supervisor were fine but had a word with rep named Saif Ali Baig on 2nd July and supervisor Aman Prasad, both were too rude too handle.....

Problem not solved since 20th June
