I had recharged of rs 147 /- through debit card on 11 march 2017 and the recharge was unsecessful, however, the amount of rs 147/- has been deducted from my account no [protected] vide transaction no[protected] dated 11 mar 2017. My pack rj 3h330m with get local airtel 35p/ min, local other 45p/min valid for 28 days has been successfully activated at rs.45.0 deduction. But call rate not less. Call full charge (Rs.1.00) i try from dated 30.3.17. But not response airtel team, not attend c/c no.198.
So check my active pack and solve my prlblem. Why full charge call rate. While deduction a/c. Rs.45.0...

My No is [protected] and located at Kupwara, Jammu & kashmir 193222. Since two months I am facing regular and persistent call interruptions and silence during an ongoing conversation. Despite complaining on mob and on internet to various authorities ie Customer Care, Nodal Officer and Appellatte of Airtel ; but no action taken and only false Assurances being given to my complaints....

In response to my online request on the Airtel Web, 4G Airtel wifi Router with SIM no [protected] at Rs 2500/ was activated on 2 Feb’17. I am a Vodafone Customer and DND is activated on my Number as this number is register under Corporate plan.

Why I am getting calls from Airtel for offering the service though my number is register under DND?
Caller is claiming they got my number from Databank which is provided from their HO...!

Why I am getting calls again and again after refusing also...

I did complaint before also against Airtel recharge problem
I did 5 recharge of Rs 20 five times from ICICI bank app
But I receive money of 4 recharge only
I want to know where my money of 5 th recharge.

They tell me it will solve in 2 hours but no reply come of their Msge.
Even 198 complaint number is also block for me...

For last 3 to 4 months i am facing the problem of sms cant be sent from my airtel number [protected]. I have tried to contact customer care but there cant be any communication option through which i can clear about it. Please find any solution to active sms service. I am waiting for this. I have downloaded my airtel app in my phone and in that app i had clicked to my airtel and
I had done recharge worth rs500 on pos payust[protected] at airtel21/upw/prepaid txn#[protected] for number [protected] on 23 march, 2017. I had got messege from my bank that money got deducted but i dint get any recharge. And the amount did not even get reimbursed please help me!

On 27 mar 17 i recharged my airtel no.[protected] with Rs.33 . First time it was rcrge unsuccessfull but amount deducted. second time i hv tried .rcrge successfull . but on target no. there is no messege on recharge as well as while checking data balance it shows negative. it means airtel has looted my 66 rupees without any response from customer care. many time it happens. its better to switch over to other network.customer service horrible....

I did a recharge of 298 Rs. The offer said that I'll have unlimited local and STD calls but I coildn't call untill I recharged it again with some money. After that, I was able to call but the calls were being charged from the balance. I sent an e-mail, tried complaint numbers, and even filled an online complaint on airtel site but no response is being given till now...

I want to avail 148/- offer for my airtel number... So I have made a transaction in online from my debit card. Amount is deducted from my account, but of no use... Offer is not activated...

I want my money back. I have complained to the Airtel Showroom members also. They too didn't resolve my problem ... I don't like this airtel... So many times it happened like this....

First call of each day is dropped, if i called any new number then also the first call of that number is dropped .somtimes i m in hurry but this poor facility just blow my mind .so i request u solve this issue as early as possible.....
