I have recharged of 345/- (unlimited call to all network and 1GB data per day for 28 days) on 23/03/2017.

But I got a issue while calling as my call was disconnected with a message like "there is no balance please recharge". So i called to airtel customer care and told him the same thing, he replied that this is not unlimited plan there is a limit (1200 minute per week) after that you need to recharge again or wait till next...

Airtel 4g is not working in my phone. The customer support guys informed me about 2 weeks ago saying this will be fixed within 24 hrs! after that i have called the customer support guys about 100 times already. Now i wanted to escalate it to the supervisor and they just cut the call! Irresponsible!
The airtel website to complain also does not work! Its like they just dont want to listen any complaints. I'm so disappointed with Airtel!...

on airtel website i saw recharge of 349 which offers 1GB 4g data daily. but now i see 500MB data in my data balance. where is rest of my data. are you fooling people just to get recharge money. i checked all terms and conditions and it says 1GB 4g data daily. i have captured screen shots if required for proof. i checked each and every point on airtel website before doing the recharge

I could see an amount of 99 is deducted as "International roaming" charges for a couple of times, dated 31/03/2017 ... The service provider is AIRTEL. I would like to complain about it and need my money back (an amount of 99) to my current account.

I raised a complaint regarding the same issue earlier and Airtel have reverted the money back ...

But still dont understand why you need to deduct...

On 30/03/2016 i recharged my phone for this plan and it got activated as soon as possible.
But when i make calls its still charging me from my main balance whats the point of activating this plan when its mentioned "unlimited calls"?
