Story of Fraud Connection: When I was already using a broadband connection (landline [protected]), one Airtel executive came to my house and got a form filled by me saying a new fibernet connection will be given to me (to improve speed) post which i can cancel the existing connection. But I never got any calls from the executive, nor did i receive any call from any airtel technician regarding fibernet connection. No installation happened...

False and unethical bill for my airtel mobile

Hi,

I have been an airtel subscriber for the last four years (Mobile No. [protected]). Unfortunately, I realize now that airtel customer services are more aimed at fleecing customer than providing services. The last couple of days have been harrowing and I have seen no resolution. I am surprised, shocked and pained at the lack of professionalism and empathy of Airtel.

Airtel agent called me and explained the plan details which is 6GB 4G for 499plan, though I am using Vodafone postpaid with same 499 plan with 4GB data, he convinced me that I will get extra 2GB.Once porting and change of network happened I saw that they give only 3GB data. Regarding this I spoke to airtel customer care, he confirms only 3GB only, pure cheating, hope I get justice in this issue. Thank you....

I have placed an order via online for broadband connection newly and I got call from Airtel executive. I asked the details about which i heard earlier as if i pay the 3 months rental at a time installation charges will be waived off. It was so rude, Its is like if you want connection take the connection or else take the connection from who you heard and then she disconnected the call without giving any information....
