Myself is Surajit Misra, I have made two transactions on 28/03/2017 for the Rs of 345.0 through online recharge facility, The 1st transaction ID is 519467 which was unsuccessful, and then I have filed a complaint with reference no. is PR[protected]. Then Airtel customer support replied with reference no. is CONRC[protected], they have replied that transaction was unsuccessful and money will be automatically refunded...
