Very poor speed, unable to make payment through my online airtel account.
I ve idea registered number for which I ve to make paid calls for complaints, customer support very poor, online account is not user friendly, no toll free number from other company.
when I call on [protected] they never solve my problem instead they say u can visit airtel store, I m working and have no time to do the same
please help me as airtel...

Ltd. but till today I have neither got my mobile recharged nor I have got refund in my account. Have registered complaints for remote several times. Every month there has to be a problem and need to follow up with the customer care then with the local vendor. I received a call against my service request 58268844 from a local person, whom i was following for 3 days to have the remote changed. Last month i recharged 10 GB net pack work of 965 rs and it is validity is upto jan 20th.I used only 2GB. ANd the remaining 8GB was unused . And recharged again to carry forward 8GB data. But the data was not carry forwarded. I called the customer care and they said it will not be carry forwarded since i used special recharge. How do i know that that if i use special...

I disconnected Fixedline number [protected], 2 months before and I sent disconnection request for your reference in the attached file.From call center also they called for disconnection, I told to disconnect and I paid the balance amount on November. I used registered prepaid number more than 5 years now it's been deactivated. I requested airtel service center to activate the above number, but they said the number has been transferred to other person nd when I called on that number it's switch off. I have been using my post paid connection number for the past 11 plus years. My average bill has not exceeded more than Rs. 450 per month at any given given point of time. I had applied for broadband on 4th Jan from airtel..those guys came and I also paid advance of Rs 7500 .. Providing Incorrect Information to us after placing an order for 2MBPS line.
And after all the documentation process is done they dont answer our calls and email which is very much disgraceful for a requirement.

I request please cancel their License completely so they dont give incorrect info to customer where we faced almost 4 month of waiting time .

THis is to bring to your note that the Airtel service is very bad in terms of providing and resolving technical issues and reported the issue and also i have not used the data card for about more than 6 months, 2 times raised a request for closing the connection. in spite of that they were raising bill every month. Seems very unfair and now they demanded me to clear all the payments for 6 month for which i have not...

I purchased 4G post-paid net pack(Airtel Mob. No.-[protected]) on 20.01.2017 in Lucknow.
