Lest month my call history...

On January 21 in My Airtel app a banner is showing a recharge of Rs 259 with 1.5gb data and 5 gb night data with the name of Perks offer.
I have recharged my number with rs 259 and i have claimed 5gb data but still i have not received any confirmation of 5gb data nor it is showing in my Airtel app or my account on web.

I have registered the same complaint with Airtel 198 Customer care With Complaint no. of 1148023 and...

I have a cug plan under railway organisation. during last three month it increase too high. please send my bill detail during last four month. so that i can under stand where is the problem

I travelled to usa first time and found my airtel post paid number is not working which i am holding since last 3 years. I dropped a mail to customer care 2 times and requested them to help me asap as its difficult to survive in foreign country without a working mobile number. Its since 4 days i have approached them through mail but airtel has not even acknowledged my request.

We are using airtel leased line since long and now facing pathetic service from them. We requested airtel to provide us bill for oct-dec quarter for internet leased line since long. Instead of giving bill they disconnected line without prior intimation. Our rm has no clue and not able to retrieve bills. No body is there is help. Feeling harrashed and cheated...

I made a recharge of 498 rupees in airtel 3 g it said it was successful recharge but it never got credited in my account, moreover when i contacted customer care they just put me on an infinite loop of ringing with no one answering while they continued to charge my call for no service. It is a regular feature of airtel customer care.

Dear sir, this arunkumar from chennai last jan 6th i got calll from airtel postpaid sales team ([protected]) and send them executive to collect my document along with 330 rupees amt for new connection.( he not provide any bill his number is[protected] after that no one response and still the sim card not activate.they cheated me.pls do the needful....

In airtel there was a scheme of 346 rs in which all the call were free for 1 months and 1gb data but i m not able to make calls and there is no source is provided for interrecting with customer care directly
And it is displaying that i have insufficient balance while there is no need of balance as i have already paid for it care directly so kindly help...

I'm mallikarjuna reddy employee at l&t metro rail - hyderabad.
Around 10 days back one of your executive named sekhar (+91 [protected]) called me and suggested me to change to airtel and said he was from head office. He advised me to send all the documents through whatsapp (+[protected] and the above mail id which i made into loop. I agreed and send the same as per his request. He even asked to come and collect...

I bought a recharge of INR 350.00 on 23-Jan-2017 on my number [protected] which has not been credit to my account.
Mercahant - Airtel Prepaid Merchant Transaction Reference Number- RTBTX198115.

Called up customer care they have no clue about it.

Please help me i need my refund to be processed in my account.

Airtel is the worst service provided i have ever experienced....

I tried activating a 4G plan through my debit card. Though, money debited from my account two times, the plan was not activated. They promised me to refund with in 7 to 10 days through msg but they never refunded the money despite of my repeated insistence over the issue to customer care. I wish to drag them to the court. Iam having all the proofs with me with date....

On 20th jan, 2016, i recharged 2gb of 3g data for rs.227 through my airtel app. But from the day 1 i recharged i could only see 1gb of data balance. Now it is just 400 mb in the data balance and i am getting alert message from airtel for reaching 500 mb.
I am completely confused as to why the complete data didn't get credited into my account.
Please help me in getting the remaining 1gb 3g data.
