I have purchased airtel broadband last year in may month. As per my airtel representative the plan of broadband was for 6 months and if i want to renew it i have to contact him. But after 6 months plan got automatically renew and i am getting bill. And one more thing that the plan was prepaid plan so how can i get bills?
I tried to contact airtel customer care and they had also taken my complaint to close the connection complaint id...

Airtel has the most pathetic customer care executives, they handles complaints carelessly. They log a complaint and say you will get a call back from seniors and nobody calls back.
Firstly they gave me a wrong SIM card and when I asked them to deliver home, they denied saying you need to get it from the gallery.
Please re think before taking any services....

I am coming straight to the problem . Today i paid 668 rs with you so called airtel money app to pay my airtel broadband connection.I paid through credit card not via airtel wallet .After the payment made and the same amount deducted from my account the app suddenly went non responsive .
