I have purchased airtel broadband last year in may month. As per my airtel representative the plan of broadband was for 6 months and if i want to renew it i have to contact him. But after 6 months plan got automatically renew and i am getting bill. And one more thing that the plan was prepaid plan so how can i get bills?

Airtel has the most pathetic customer care executives, they handles complaints carelessly. They log a complaint and say you will get a call back from seniors and nobody calls back.
Firstly they gave me a wrong SIM card and when I asked them to deliver home, they denied saying you need to get it from the gallery.
Please re think before taking any services....
