I have a Airtel broadband connection in Kalyaninagar Pune.Account No [protected]. Since 1st April 2016 the internet is not working. I have filed so many complaints but the issue has not been resolved. The support guys just keep on saying that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours or 72 hours etc. But nothing has happened.

I never expected that Airtel is so incompetent to resolve its technical issues and also very deficient...

I have a massage to got 1gb data in 179 rs and i done my recharge on the date 28 march . Your company is not giving me full data on this amount nd then my balance is redused by my acount . I had talktym balence of 250 more but they redused by my balance to talktym balence aproxmtly 200rs so i need my balence also with remaining data right nw . As soon as possible othrwise...

Our setup box started showing error yesterday[protected] and is not displaying some of the usual channels.There is no visible damage but the picture quality is getting bad.We recommend you better fix this......

I clearly do not agree with he my current data usage report published.

I had opted for so called 8mbps - 60 gb - secured broadband connection.(Wpa psk secured)

The usage report & customer support executive says "i have completed my 60gb quota!" which is outright rubbish & absolutely insane....

Airtel seems to be avoiding customers as much as possible. As of today there is no way to directly get in touch with a customer care professional from a non-airtel number. I am overseas, and my international roaming (Already activated and paying rs. 149/month) is not working. However, there is no way to contact them now to try and find a solution.

For last three months airtel company has been adding extra charges in my bill, saying that I used their 3G data pack and the worst part is they say that I am the one who insisted to add that data pack in my monthly plan. Airtel fraud and bogus companies active On 26/03/2016. I was had paid Rs 250/- and submitted my documents for BSNL TO AIRTEL POSTPAID CONVERSION.and the sim is still not activated. Yesterday at around 11 p. Dear Sir

I have changed from prepaid to Postpaid on 29.02.2016. It was assured by customer care and Airtel Express counter that, my current balance of Rs 200 of prepaid number will be adjusted in first postpaid bill. But first post paid bill generated and delivered to me without Rs 200 adjustment.
The best part is the 5 emails has been written but no action taken by the Airtel.

Using your My Airtel app i received an offer of free 100Mb night internet (12am to 6am).i had about 38 Rs in my account i efficiently used that internet and when i still had 2.29 MB i found my account deducted to 0.when i asked customer care about this, they stated that they dont know anything about this offer given or offers from this app.kindly help me....

I was trying to recharge my dish tv and calling airtel customer support numbers
1. North east customer care no. found switch off
2. then customer care no. [protected] was given me figure of 6570/- for recharge
3. after 10 to 15 minute again on same number the different figure was given ie 7227/-
4. and on internet the figure is 6220 /-

Tried recharging my phone talk time on my airtel app. It gave a message saying transaction failed and i did not receive my talktime. However the talktime amount (300) was deducted from my account. This is very bad on airtels part and i hope they refund my money or at least put in talktime later in such cases...
