Billed wrongly after committed for 2 months free subscription

connection not active

Hi, . i took a new Airtel 4g LTE dongle connection on 20th-Sep (friday). The sales rep told me that it would be activated withing 48 hours. till not its not activated. This is to inform you that , i had a call from airtel on last afternoon - asking for payments . We have discused for payment on 1st of Oct 2013 and they have aggreed .

And , on the next day - today - all my outgoing has been blocked . When i spoke to Gold care at 198 - and could not get a concreate answer and phone disconnected .
