Poor response towards the services

This is Shailendra Singh, booked an Airtel Digital TV (HD+) and it was committed to get it installed cum activated with in 48 hrs but even after the seven days nobody came to do said activity. And,I also lodged couple of complaint of same but no response till time. Hoping that I would get some relief to an extent after lodging the complaint thru this forum.

Hi, I had asked Airtel to disconnect the connection on 11th Oct 2012 because I was not in India since 11th October 2012 and I'd sent email for discontinuation on the same date to [protected]@airtel.in. I did not got any mail failure when I sent the email hence I assumed the email was correct and also I was using [protected]@airtel.in for all communications till then.

AMOUNT DEDUCTED

When i have Checked my Mobile airtel prepaid balance on dated on 11 may 2013 at 6 am that time i am seen that balance deducted my mobile no ([protected]), And I am very surprised to see that there are three international SMSs are showing from my number to "[protected]" on dated 11/05/2013 at around 02:12 AM. 1. they give you an automated choice of English or Hindi. even if you press 'English' the officer who picks up talks in Hindi. They understand almost nothing and is very frustrating to converse with. Air tel obviously is least bothered to train their people to talk and handle their customers.

I received a call from this number ([protected]) on Tuesday -May-7-2013 at 12:07pm IST.

Since I was in a meeting I did not take the call. Later I tried to return the call it did not ring. Today May-10-2013 when I tried it rang but no one answered the call.
Later I talked to my colleague and I found out that this is from Pakistan and he asked me to register this complaint.

No service in time and no proper details with the customer executives

This is regarding the complaint 32515200 that I have raised for the above given FixedLine. The complaint which I have raised is regarding the Internet not working and even Landline was not getting dial tone.

Money Credit Back

I bought airtel HD+ setup box and I am given remote control without recording option. When I filed complaint via customer care they gave complaint number but didn't give me remote control and closed ticket .

Airtel Digital TV is full of frauds , I am not sure when I am going to get remote control....
