speed of 3G is slow

Myself Akash Kushreshtha, mob no. [protected], have been using 3G from oct 2012 without any problem. But, on 05th May I recharged again with 10GB pack of 1499, and now my internet speed has dropped down to 70Kbps -83Kbps, and earlier it used to be 2.0 - 2.4 Mbps.

I have given complaint so many times, but still its same, speed is still slow. Following were the response from your technical team:

SIM not activated

Hi,
Recently i purchased an Airtel 4g Dongle on 30th April 2013. I was promised that the sim would be activated on 2nd May as 1st may was a holiday.
We have been calling customer care 5 - 6 times a day and each representative had his own story to tell. But the fact of the matter is that even after 4 days of purchasing the dongle we are yet to use it.

As we are running out of patience i have only two choices...

Speed low, due non updation of Validity from airtel side

Female harasment

STB not working, complaint wrongly closed

Worst online bill payment

Yet another complaint against the Best service provider.

I registered my airtel numbers in (https://ebpp.airtelworld.com) portal to pay online bills. Now only one number is reflecting in the portal and im not able to add another number to it.

Why provide a rubbish service and annoy us, rather not to provide.

late activation of blackberry plan

Deactivation of GPRS and reduce bill amount of last two months.

very poor customer services

I am really frustrate now from Airtel DTH service. I never expect Airtel brand can do like this.

I purchase Airtel Digital TV from Sanjeev ([protected]) @ Manimajra Chandigarh on Dewali Occasion last year. I gave him Approximately 9,000/- for 1 year plan and I bought 3 connection for my home.

Fraud with my Account
