3 weeks ago, on 16/02/2010, I booked a digital TV connection by sending an SMS of BUY to 54325.
I was called by a customer service rep, asked to pay Rs. 999 using my credit via the IVR. This was paid and confirmed. The customer service rep took down all my details - name, address, cell phone number etc.
