Deduction of the money from prepaid account without any information

I am using airtel as my mobile connection service provider.. I am really fed up with the services.. But as its my bussiness no I am not willing to close my account.. Artel is cheating people as they are deducting the amount from pre paid accounts without any information.. They call it as AUTO SUBSCRIPTION.. Which the people are not aware about.. I called up the customer service for the enquiry ( WHICH IS ALSO CHARGABLE AS 50ps Per 3 minuits.....

improper billing

I recharged my phone with rs.89 on 6 th of january for gprs usage where i was told that i can use 100 mb in day time and 2 gb in the night.but on 28 th of january,at 6 am in the morning ,you deducted my download from my daytime usage which was around 36 mb and also deducted my whole balance which was around rs.23.And when i complaint about it at my nearest airtel relationship...

I first of all would like to thank you for taking quick actions as i'd posted a complaint some days before..
The very next day i received a call from the Airtel people but when we went there the people concerned said he will not be able to give us the connection as he need to install another DP to give connection u take your money back, when i said i dont need the money but want the connection as soon as possible as i m in need...

NO AIRTEL SIGNAL IN BACHUPALLY HYDERABAD

Hello ,

I have an existing complaint number logged for Airtel Signal problem. The complaint number is 30958791 . The complaint was logged on 16th Feb and it was told that the issue will be resolved by 24th Feb . I spoke to the customer care and they mentioned that the network team is still working on it and it will take close to 3 months to resolve this issue as there will be need to install some sort of a signal Booster...

Unprofessional customer care & system

Dear Sir,
This is very unfortunate to inform you that Airtel customer care & engineers are very unprofessional. I have Airteldth (set top box) which I installed at Bhubaneswar last year. Last year November I re-installed it to Kolkata along with new form fill up (new address, phone no.) which was done by your engineers. I recharged my voucher on 21st of this month at 9.45 pm since my connection was discontinued due to zero balance....

USB DATACARD INTERNET SPEED IS WORST

This is the complain regarding the Internet spped with the AIRTEL USB data card, I have complained for this also, but i am still getting the same complain. Even i was told that some executive will be visiting at your place where you use it generally to check signal. But what is the use of this.

I have adopted most expensive plan which is 1103/- unlimited , but it is all wastage of money.

Could you please help...

incorrect billing plan, bad service and speed

I had subscribed to Airtel USB modem - Data Card. there i was given 1GB/month for Rs 599. i was assured a speed of around 240Kb/s. i hardly get speed of 100kb/s. after i got my bill, i was shocked to see.the bill was huge. this is because, ther is a minimum usage of 1MB every time i login/connect.meaning that even if i connect, but don't use, it will be considered 1MB, and if i use more than 1 mb, the count will be considered rounded...
