I have tried to recharge twice for my prepaid mobile services but it failed though both the times i recieved txn ids and amount has been deducted from my bank account.
Neither i have been recharged nor i have got refund of my amonut i paid online
Kindly refund my amount for both the payments

On 25th april 2020 from afternoon 03:01 pm to 03:04 pm 7 transactions happened to bharti airtel limited from my paytm wallet and amounts are rs500, rs100, 100, 100, 100, 10, 10 total rs900 got credited to bharti airtel limited from my wallet. I am not aware of this and i didn't setup any auto translations for the same. But i had linked paytm wallet in airtel app. Someone for airtel misused this and without my knowledge...

I have recharged for 56 days 3gb/day option and I got money deducted but still showing not recharged.

It's a 56 days mobile recharge for rupees 558...

As per my latest generated bill, my monthly plan has been increased from rs 199 to rs. 249. I never requested to upgrade my plan.in fact, i was on a 99/month plan initially when airtel suddenly changed my plan to rs 199/month, to which they responded that my earlier plan is no more available.

I also searched for any emails from airtel notifying me of this change in plan but did not find any such communication....

I m unable to recharge my prepaid number [protected]. I have sent several emails to Airtel regarding this. Now my incoming calls are stopped. I m extremely frustrated as to what is happening. I have spent several hours trying to get in touch with customer care. Please resolve this issue....

I have made payment of bill no. BM2018I[protected] for my postpaid mobile. Your online site is not working with OTP login. I forgot my password and retrieve password is also not working.

This connection is on the name of my sister and she had to move out of the country. Neither i stay in india and hence i thought would block or put the number on hold. Team informed on phone call that i will have to pay 50 rupees per month. I was in agreement with that but after three months i see they are charging me 500 rupees every month. I am unable to reach the customer care and hence requesting the team to reach me @[protected]@gmail.com....

I recharge my airtel number for 1 year for 2400 rs it cost me 400 rupees extra from any other company and now I am unable to use this plan because my internet speed does not cross 100 kbps I also tried sorrel thanks app to resolve it but it shows sim is not in the handset insert the sim 😡😡 I got cheated by airtel and I got stuck for 1 year...

I have upgraded my sim from 2G to 4G.
And, despite changing the APN setting and 4G LTE mode my internet connection is still very poor. Kindly look at my issue...

Airtel gallery is closed. So cannot pay the bills. Kindly waive off the late fees charges. Infact it should not have been generated...

Order ID 27536 dt 14 Apr 2020. No response from the service centre or technician. They have blocked my number also. I have also sent an email to "[protected]@onlinedth.co.in" to cancel the order and refund. However, till the date there is no refund or installation is carried out....

Sir, i have recharged my airtel number [protected] from my airtel app on 15th april 2020. I selected rs 598 plan for recharge. After applying coupon of rs 50 the total amount i had to pay was rs 548. I paid the amount from my pnb debit card and the amount was deducted from my account but on airtel app it was showing transaction failed. I got a msg from airtel for the refund of amount in 7 to 10 days. But its been more than 10 days they still...

My sim suddenly stopped working almost 15 days back. Due to lockdown not able to reach any airtel customer support or store. Sent multiple mails to airtel but did not receive any response.
Hoping atleast this complaint will get noticed....

I am using airtel prepaid for last 4 years. Whenever i tried to recharge online from airtel.in or their app, the recharge always fails. Even though the amount is deducted and the same is refunded in few hours.
Hence i have always used local shops to get phone recharged.
However given the lockdown due to corona, even airtel is advertising that we can perform recharge online. They have sent many such smss to me as well. But still...
