Hi Team,

There is no network coverage at Pallikaranai and Perungudi. I'm getting only 2G with low speed. Then why do I have to recharge for 4G unlimited plans. I've complaining from more than a year to Airtel. But no action has taken yet. Could you please take action on Airtel.

I am using airtel no. Since 2005 and converted to postpaid in 2010. Recently airtel has stopped my sim on 30sep.

Then on 1st oct., i visited to airtel store and they had given new sim at a cost of rs. 25/- without any receipt. Again it did not work. Then after 2 days they given another new sim. Still not working.

I have visited airtel store daily since 1st oct to till date of 7th oct, and also sent the emails...

The internet speed is too slow it's like almost none any apps or website is not loading. Even the speed test by ookla app detects the speed as 0 kb. Please look after the problem immediately. I won't be in a known area how am i supposed to do the work as the internet is not at all working. This complaint registration cost me real money please look at it immediately...

I recharge my number with Rs 35 and no balance is credited to my number moreover outgoing/incoming calls are not working.. I contacted Airtel many times but they replied with absurd and not solved the issue.. This is the second time I face this issue.. My number [protected]
Recharge dates:6th October rs 35 and 29 sep Rs 65..and when I recharge second time The same Sim worked under same handset...

I use airtel postpaid connection. Whenever the bill comes it automatically gets rounded off to the upper number. For example, if the bill is 300.05, it gets rounded off to 301. The amount never gets rounded off to the lower number (300 in this case)

The amount may look small for one customer, but when it is aggregated for millions of customers, it is a huge amount and airtel has been looting the customers regularly.

I am k rajendiran mob no [protected], from begining service not provided but bill produced without fail. Payment remainder daily 2 or 3 times. But not service done properly. Without providing any service how we pay the amount and what purpose. Every time i call "reply" you have no any balance. Very insulting and ignore the importance of customer. So kindly cancel the payment and cancel the poor service of airtel....

Airtel has rejected my mnp request 3 times. And the reason they have given is upc mismatch. It is a blatant lie. I was very sure of correct upc code. When i called customer care, their response was pathetic. I will no longer tolerate such harassment from airtel. If this issue persists then i am approaching trai or pursue legal action. Airtel have left me no choice....

Just using airtel 4g service in my [protected] for past 6 months @498 pkg, i. E 2gb/day for 84 days and found out the internet service is inaccessible from 6pm to 12 am every day.
The following numbers [protected] (Wife) and [protected] (Mother) face similar problem and we all located at bagnan, howrah, west bengal

I want to say airtel has the worst network for using internet services. They claims airtel has the fastest network, but i can truely say it is the slowest. It can't provide you even 3g speed. I have airtel internet connection with 10gb data everyday. I am having this issue from almost a year, the signal is horrible even though the speed should ideally fast. Please resolve this issue as it is highly difficult to work with this speed and if it continues would have to look into some other network provider as it is getting impossible to work with this speed....

Hi my uncle has lost his SIM ([protected]) and when he goes to obtain an duplicate SIM store in mukundpur delhi 110042 has charged 300 and has denied to give bill for the same. as per my understanding the fee is around 50 to 100 but your store has charged it on very high rate..Take appropriate action...You may call me for more infirmation.

I had taken an international roaming pack which offers 500 mins of outgoing calls. This was a 30 day pack and i have used less than 2 hours of talking time. My bill also clearly specifies that. However i have been billed 720 rs against international calls outgoing in my bill. The entire bill amount is 6042/-. This charge of 720 rs is invalid.

I have complained thrice to airtel. They take my complaint and close the complaint...
