I have been charged unwanted amount for rs 105 in the name of "famino" service which i have not opted even not knowing about that service and main balance amount deducted on my airtel prepaid number [protected].

Hello, from the past 5 months i am unable to recharge my airtel mobile number [protected] from online. We tried to recharge with rs 10, rs 100, rs 448 none of them works. Each time when we try to recharge it's get failed although we have sufficient money in the bank.
