This is in regard to the service of my WagonR (DL14CC 6180) dated 11 Aug 2021.
I was having a few issues like slow pickup, jerks while driving, engine got stopped on slow speed; it was advised that I should get my clutch replaced by the engineer at Bagga Link.
I agreed to it and spent Rs 17, 012 on my car service.
Due to covid I am still having work from home and I did not take car out however today I took my car out and it is only 20 Km after service and I was having same issues in my car. I felt suspicious and took my car to local service center he confirmed that there is no new clutch in the car only clutch adjustment has been done.
I got shocked that I have spent huge amount on my car and I have been cheated at Bagga Link. I could have done same work in 1/3 price from outside however I had trust in Bagga Link that they charge high but they deliver best.
I was wrong and disappointed at the same time what has happened to me, It was my hard earned money and in the name of trust and Maruti authorized service center what services costumers are getting. This is highly frustrating and I want authorities to take proper action against responsible persons.
Please let me know what can be done in my case, I have attached bills for your reference and I would request you to kindly inspect my car and do the needful.
